Founded in 2015 as the in-house real estate development company within Egeria, ERED has become independent in 2024, serving both Egeria as various other investors.

ERED's competences lie in navigating complex urban (re)developments and executing intricate private deals. Our deep expertise allows us to manage multifaceted projects involving multiple stakeholders, while our straight forward communication and strong relationships drive success in one-on-one negotiations. With extensive experience working with private investors, we bring unique blend of financial acumen and market insight. Lillian Bijloos

Partner

Lillian joined the team in 2018 and is responsible for guiding the overall strategic direction of the business as well as managing its daily activities. Prior to joining ERED, Lillian worked as a Project Developer at Provast since 2007, where she was responsible for (re)developing (inner city) real estate from initiative to delivery. Lillian holds a Masters’ degree in Architecture (MSc) from Delft University of Technology. She enjoys creating places where people want to live, work and enjoy life.

Roderik Mackay

Partner

Joining ERED in mid-2015, he is the founder of the vehicle. Roderik is responsible for the acquisition, sale and development of projects. Previously, Roderik worked for investment firm Pinnacle where he was in charge of the acquisition and disposition of transformation projects within the real estate development portfolio. Roderik began his career at Royal BAM Group, where he started out at the central design and project department and later went to head up the redevelopment activities. Roderik holds a Master’s degree in construction engineering from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) and a Master’s degree in real estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Since graduating, the redevelopment of existing real estate has been his professional passion. After conducting various research projects, he remains attached to the TU Delft in this regard. Alongside the social relevance of his work, he is inspired by the creativity and complexity of redevelopment: he is driven to find appropriate solutions for each project.

Jessica Heijne

Controller

She is responsible for a wide range of finance and control tasks within the ERED team and reports to the CFO Real Estate. Jessica began her career in 2015 at Intertrust. She then worked at Greystar for over 3 years and later at Redevco Living for another 3 years. She holds a master’s degree in Finance & Law (LLM) and has completed the Executive Master in Finance & Control (RC). Besides the great location in the beautiful Amsterdam office, she particularly appreciates about working at ERED the drive and mindset of both the people and the organization as a whole. Jessica is motivated to be part of a dedicated and capable team working together on large-scale and complex real estate projects.

Joris Tjaden

Public affairs

Joris joined ERED in 2022 and is responsible for the communications- and public affairs strategy. Joris has worked for a wide range of clients in the public and private sector including media and politics. He has a master in History and excited to work for a company that is helping to build homes, one of the cornerstones in everyone's life.

Puck Hoogveld

Legal manager

Puck is part of the ERED team and supports the management in various – predominantly legal – affairs. Prior to joining ERED, Puck worked at Orange Growth Capital Partners (currently Finch Capital), where she supported the partners in a variety of daily, operational, legal and administrative matters. Puck holds a Masters’ degree in Dutch Private Law (LLM) from the University of Amsterdam. What she enjoys most about ERED are the entrepreneurial spirit, the independence and responsibility of her role and the diversity of affairs that present themselves on a daily basis.

Anouk Zwiers

Executive assistant

Anouk joined ERED in September 2024. She previously worked at Egeria for five years as Office Manager/PA for the Managing Partners and also supported the Investment team.
